When do I pay?
Payment will be due upon approval of the completed work and prior to despatch.


How do I pay?
Two ways to place your risk-free order:
•By secure online payments - debit or credit card you can easy do it here just click on the "Pay Now" button.
•By bank transfer to our HSBC account.


Which countries will you ship to?
Outside of the UK we have shipped work all over Europe.


How long before I receive my picture?
It normally takes 10 to 14 days to complete a picture (from receipt of photo/s), depending on size and content. We will then send your order once payment has been received. UK orders will be with you within 3-4 days of receipt of payment. If you have a pressing deadline to meet, e.g. a birthday or anniversary, please let us know so we can do our best to make you happy.


Do you have a gallery I can come and visit?
No, but you can see examples of our portraits in our online gallery here.

Can I combine more than one photo into one picture?
Yes. Consider that the light will need to be coming from roughly the same direction in each photo for your portrait to look convincing. If in doubt, we'd be happy to take a look at your photos and give you our considered opinion.


What sizes can you do?
We can offer drawings from very small ones up to format A2


How do I receive the goods?
All goods are delivered by special post in protective packaging to keep them safe in transit.


Do you frame the drawings?
Yes, if required we can offer beautiful silver or gold coloured frames so that your masterpiece is ready for hanging straight from the packaging.


Can I see the portrait before it is shipped?
Yes. Once the portrait is complete we will e-mail you a scan with a security stamp on it. If something needs changing it can be changed at this point.


What if I am dissatisfied with the portrait?
Statutory rights apply, and you are under no obligation to buy.
